Returns Policy

  • 1. You may return any eligible product you have ordered from within 7 days from receipt of delivery of merchandise. Eligible products for return will be indicated on the product page.
  • 2. Not all products are eligible for returns. In order to maintain our exclusivity, many items are “Final Sale” or "Special Circumstance" or "Produced on Order". Please make sure to note if your item is eligible for return prior to purchasing it.
  • 3. Items that are not eligible for returns are clearly marked as such on the Product page for that Product.
  • 4. If your item is returnable, please note: Items dispatched after the 7 day return policy will not be accepted and will be returned to sender. 
  • 5. The Customer Love* team must receive and approve your return request within the 7 days of receiving it. Once your request is received and approved, we will issue a return authorization number and a returns address for you to use. IMPORTANT: Please note that any items returned without an authorization number will not be processed.
    Note: We will provide special return instructions for furniture and other items shipped via a delivery service.
  • 6. We are unable to accept returns of goods that are not in their original packaging or have been worn/used.
  • 7. Credits will be processed after the goods have been received, refunds will be issued for any damaged/ incorrect items.
  • 8. We aim to process all returns within one (1) week.  Should you have any questions about the status of your return or how to return an item, please contact our Customer Love* team at 082 771 3320 or
  • 9. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please email with a photo image of the damage, if possible. You need to inform of any damaged items in your shipment within 48 hours of receiving your order.  
  • 10. If you believe you received an item in error or a defective item, please contact so that we can assist you. A photo image is helpful to speed up any claims. Make sure to keep all original packaging and please note that all returns must be shipped back within 7 days from receipt of delivery of merchandise.
  • 11. If your product is eligible for return, and you wish to return it. Please contact the Customer Love* team for your return address which will be sent to you. Please use this and return via the courier method of your choice at your own expense.
  • 11. Items marked 'Not eligible for return' cannot be returned.
  • 12. All CLEARANCE items are sold as is. No returns, refunds or exchanges will be issued, unless damaged/ incorrect.
  • 13. All returns are subject to the discretion of Smacs*
